Congregation

OUR MISSION

The Concord Fellowship loves people as God loves them, helps discover and nurture their gifts, and grows with them as servant-disciples of

Jesus Christ.

Concord

OUR VISION

We envision servant-disciples using their God-given gifts to create a dynamic community of faith and witness.

The Concord Fellowship

OUR STORY

The Concord Fellowship began as a prayer gathering of 58 disciples on a Sunday morning in September 2024. Over the course of the next four months, our pastor experienced a renewal of vocation and discerned a call to plant a new church as an innovative ministry to serve the Greater Huntsville community. The name Concord - meaning harmony and peace - reflects our call to bring people into rhythm with God and His purpose for their lives.

From the beginning, we committed to have meaningful impact in people’s lives.  We pledge to tithe to the community, supporting programs and organizations that make a positive difference.  In just six months of existence, we have supported One Student Missions, the Children’s Defense Fund, ShowerUp Huntsville, 100 Black Men of Greater Huntsville, families of the Southern California wildfires, the National Coalition of Black Women, Habitat for Humanity, and LivOn Journey Camp.

We are forming as a new work ministry under the Madison Baptist Association and continue to seek partners to help us grow and advance the mission.
